Property Administrator / Admin Services Associate
Washington, DC (Onsite)
3 months (Potential for extension or conversion)
Hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST, Monday Friday
Summary
As a Client Administrative Services Associate, you will support business operations by:
- Processing invoices
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Preparing company forms
- Maintaining confidential files
Phone & Guest Reception
- Handle incoming calls in the management office.
- Provide information or direct calls to appropriate contacts.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Ensure visitor protocols are followed.
- Review, validate, and submit invoices for approval.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders.
- Support contract documentation and renewal tracking.
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers for order fulfillment and inquiries.
Must-Have
- General computer knowledge; able to navigate systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
- General office skills (filing, scheduling, phone handling, workspace organization).
- Professional guest reception skills with courteous and confident demeanor.
- Email management (compose, organize, respond efficiently with clarity).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Professional office etiquette.
- Team player mindset.
- Familiarity with common office applications.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with email platforms and basic productivity tools.
- Experience:
0 2 years in administrative roles or related fields. - Preferred but not required:
Background in property management. - Education:
GED or equivalent required.
- 1 2 virtual and/or onsite interviews
