Role PurposeThe U.S. Rights and Economic Renewal program is looking to hire an Administration Officer to join the 5-year initiative that aims to safeguard core freedoms that are under attack, expand rights, and improve Americans’ economic wellbeing.
The Administration Officer takeson advanced executivesupportresponsibilities that help manage administrativetasksso the Director can focus on programmatic priorities and strategic,high valueactivities. The Administration Officer alsosupportsthe broader team—ensuring the Director, Associate Director, and Program Managercanfulfillthe organization’s mission and goals through effective coordination, communication, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a critical communications liaison between the peer Director’s offices.
- Manage internal team budget to ensure knowledge and clarity across different programmatic areas of work.
- Administer contracts to support the team’s needs.
- Create systems to ensure operations run seamlessly.
- Support the Director with administrative functions, including coordinating schedules, planning complex stakeholder meetings and events, credit card reporting, researching, and arranging travel logistics.
- Generate and prepare a variety of materials in advance of routine and special engagements, preparing briefing materials, meeting agendas and logistics notes, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Take notes in meetings.
- Support project management as required.

The Ideal Candidate- Significant experience in administrative work.
- Possess a track record of being a trusted partner to senior leadership, always exercising professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the Director professionally.
- Ability to design, maintain, and improve administrative systems (files, trackers, workflows, budget tools).
- Experience managing department-wide budgets.
- Expertise using Microsoft suite of applications with proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with software to make presentations and slide decks.
- Competent to think several steps ahead to ensure the Director has administrative support necessary to be successful.
- Experience managing complex scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, information and needs and can go with the flow.
- Ability to be outcome-driven.

The salary range for this role in the US is $86,500-$96,100. The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
