Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, particularly in managing assets, metadata, and documentation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
Experience working with structured workflows, tracking systems, and process-driven environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Experience working in publishing, editorial, or content production environments
Familiarity with digital asset management systems such as Media Grid, Net Docs, Unison, or similar platforms
Experience supporting rights, releases, licensing, or archival workflows
