Job Overview
Administrative Assistant supporting the Healthcare practice. Provide administrative functions to consultants working on health care reform and regulation projects.
Responsibilities- Extensive calendar management and scheduling of meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and events.
- Oversee entry and coding of time, reconciling monthly billing statements and tracking to budget.
- Prepare and format documents in Word.
- Manage and track expense reimbursements.
- Provide backup support to other administrative assistants when needed.
- Perform ad hoc projects and duties as required.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure to meet client deadlines.
- Creative and independent thinker who asks questions to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and research skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong initiative, self‑motivated, team player.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ability to create polished graphic presentations.
- Comfortable learning new software programs that support business operations.
- Experience with legal billing software is a plus.
- Interest in the healthcare field preferred.
- BA degree preferred.
Base annual pay range: $63,000 – $69,000. Salary will vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Full range of medical, financial and other benefits will be offered.
