Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Review and verify source documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data entry errors and report inconsistencies.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Generate standard reports as requested by supervisors or other departments.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely data entry and processing.
• Assist in developing and maintaining efficient data management systems and processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum of 50 WPM preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with data entry software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
