Overview Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk and become a vital part of our administrative operations! $25.02 - $30.13 per hour
Responsibilities- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software such as Quick Books and Google Workspace with speed and accuracy
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support
- Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards
- Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
- Proofread documents for errors, formatting consistency, and clarity before submission or filing
- Support bookkeeping activities by recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, or in person to facilitate smooth operations
- Proven clerical experience with a strong background in data entry, office management, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience handling multi-line phone systems preferred
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client interactions
- Technical proficiency in computer literacy including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping software like Quick Books
- Previous experience in medical reception or personal assistant roles is advantageous but not required
