Our client, a dynamic international law firm, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their growing firm!
About the Job- Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys and partners.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and special project deliverables.
- Coordinate client communications, presentations, and business development activities.
- Process expense reports and support billing.
- Serve as a trusted resource by anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Mentor other administrative staff and serve as a pillar of the office and culture.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and eager to learn new technologies.
- Proactive, adaptable, and focused on providing exceptional service
- Schedule of 5 days/week on‑site in the DC office.
- Salary range of $110K-$130K (DOE) + comprehensive and generous benefits package and company perks.
