Position Specific Summary
- Be able to use the Fix-It facilities system to input FM tickets and then follow up on the work progress. Serve as a go-to point of contact for event clients and building visitors. Complete knowledge of building operations. Other duties as assigned. Multiple shifts are available. Shifts are 4 hours and include:
Mon – Fri: 8AM-12pm; 12pm-4pm; 4pm-8pm; 8pm-12AM Sat and Sun: 10AM-3PM; 3PM-8PM; 8PM-12AM
Standard Position Description
- The student will assist with the administrative, maintenance, and customer service functions for university spaces and buildings with some discretion on completing assignments, projects, and duties. Tasks may include: managing small to mid-level projects or events, assisting visitors, students, and staff with access to university spaces, maintenance of buildings, coordinating, assigning, and/or answering customer service requests. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
