We are working with a professional organization seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Project Support Specialist to assist with a short-term project through October 23, 2026. This position will support data entry, content review, quality control, and issue tracking to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities- Perform data entry in accordance with established project processes and procedures
- Review content for consistency with standardized language, templates, and established guidelines
- Review project and guideline information, including titles, authors, citations, publication dates, source links, and related metadata
- Enter and maintain structured information across assigned projects
- Review content for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and completeness
- Identify, document, and elevate errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and other issues requiring review
- Track progress across assigned projects and communicate status updates to the project lead
- Conduct preview and quality-control checks to ensure information is displaying correctly
- Maintain accurate issue-tracking documentation and follow established escalation procedures
- Perform final quality-control reviews and spot-check completed work
- Follow detailed SOPs, written instructions, and standardized templates
- Assist with timely completion of project deliverables
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data entry, content review, quality control, administrative support, or project coordination
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and written instructions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing assigned tasks within deadlines
- Comfortable working with web-based platforms and structured data-entry systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to identify and appropriately escape errors or issues
- Must be available for the full engagement period of September 14 through October 23, 2026
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, professional associations, academic institutions, or grant-funded projects
- Experience reviewing scientific, clinical, technical, or other highly detailed content
- Experience with content management systems, publication platforms, databases, or issue-tracking tools
