We are looking for a highly capable operator who can manage complexity, exercise judgement, anticipate needs before they arise, and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the Chair, helping to maximize her effectiveness while ensuring that priorities, commitments and relationships are managed seamlessly.

The role requires someone who is resilient, emotionally intelligent, exceptionally organized and unflappable under pressure. The Chair moves at pace, operates globally and manages a wide range of senior stakeholders. The Executive Assistant must be able to keep up, stay ahead, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

An important aspect of the role will be working in close partnership with the Chief of Staff. Together, you will form a small, high-performing executive office, ensuring the Chair's time, attention and energy are focused on the highest-value priorities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make thoughtful recommendations regarding stakeholder engagement, scheduling and prioritization.
  • Look several steps ahead and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across international markets, cultures and time zones.
