The Reporting Coordinator will support the development, facilities, and real estate teams by managing and creating custom reporting on both an ad hoc and regular cadence. This role involves the visualization of data through charts, graphs, and trends to provide spend vs. forecast vs. budget views at both the project and department levels. This critical role will help formalize our reporting processes, ensuring that our teams have the information they need to make informed decisions and drive business success.

• Create and manage scorecards, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Visualize data using AI or similar technologies to take existing reporting and metrics to the next level.
• Formalize our existing reporting processes and establish a regular cadence for reporting.
• Develop reports that include budget vs. plan costs, pipeline information, and other key metrics.
• Create and manage trackers for the project pipeline.
• Develop and maintain scorecards for our vendors, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall performance metrics.
• Proactively reach out to development, real estate, and other areas of the business to gather necessary data.
• Ensure data hygiene and accuracy in all reporting activities.
• Utilize existing data sources to create user-friendly and actionable reports for business use.
• Make recommendations for reporting updates and improvements based on business needs.
• Support the Facilities team with Service Channel administration, reporting, and general operational support.
• Develop an understanding of the Design & Construction Process and support key coordination tasks to assist the broader team.
• Support the Coordination team with identifying, tracking, and maintaining accurate restaurant layout data and design attributes across projects.
• Serve as a key support resource for the Development project management platform Sitefolio, including maintenance, user support, and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
• Experience with Service Channel Reporting is a plus
