Position Summary
The Senior Consultant (Key) leads executive-level initiatives and provides strategic oversight across complex programs and projects. This role requires advanced expertise in project management, business process optimization, and organizational re-engineering. The consultant serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving performance improvement across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide executive-level strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
- Apply advanced project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery of complex engagements.
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead business process re-engineering efforts aligned with organizational goals.
- Review project deliverables for quality, compliance, and alignment with executive objectives.
- Provide executive coaching and strategic advisory support to senior stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure governance standards are maintained.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across business units and leadership teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
AND - PMP certification or Client mid-level Project Manager certification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
OR - Minimum 5 years of experience with a Master's degree or higher
- Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid models)
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Risk management and governance oversight experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Experience working with government or regulated environments
