340B Senior Business Analyst

• Serve as a subject matter expert for 340B data, reporting, and financial performance
• Analyze and report on commercial and operational levers impacting the 340B segment
• Develop and maintain program dashboards to track commercial goals and identify new market opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally on data requests and 340B related projects
• Create new reporting tools and visualizations to support operational efficiency and profitability initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health information management, computer sciences, statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in advanced data analysis
• Three (3) or more years of experience analyzing and reporting on 340B Program or healthcare data
• Proficiency in managing large datasets and performing advanced analytics (e.g., Excel modeling)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Advanced Pharmaceutical degree (i.e., Pharm
  
  D) and/or MBA
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for data analysis
• Knowledge of data mining techniques and their applications
• Experience in presenting complex data findings effectively
