Marketing & BD Manager; Energy

A leading international law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to support its Energy, Environment, and Transportation regulatory practices. This role partners closely with practice leaders and global M&BD teams to drive business development, marketing campaigns, client engagement, and profile-raising initiatives.

• Lead pitches, credentials, client proposals, and global award submissions.
• Project-manage client events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate thought leadership, client alerts, newsletters, and digital content.
• Support planning, budgeting, and analysis to drive strategic business development initiatives.
• Maintain and analyze marketing/BD systems, including CRM, ensuring best practice knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate across U.S., UK, and European teams to deliver consistent, high-impact initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business development, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing and business development, ideally within law firms or professional services.
• Strong understanding of regulated industries, particularly energy or regulatory practices.
• Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality results in a global, collaborative environment.
