Practice Management Coordinator Full-Time | Professional Services | Growth-Focused Environment
Are you a highly organized, detail‑driven professional who enjoys keeping teams aligned, processes efficient, and goals on track? We are seeking a Practice Management Coordinator to support multiple practice groups and departmental leaders in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless daily operations.
In this role, you will partner closely with practice management leadership and contribute to the success, engagement, and productivity of the wider team. What You Will Do- Support the execution of strategic initiatives and operational priorities
- Prepare financial and performance reports for leadership review
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, events, and retreats
- Draft agendas, schedule meetings, and manage calendar communications
- Maintain internal intranet pages and organize practice management resources
- Assist with developing and monitoring expense and revenue budgets
- Support morale‑building initiatives and engagement efforts within practice groups
- Assist with the annual attorney evaluation process
- Manage ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
- One to three years of increasingly responsible administrative or project support experience
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
