Senior Business Consultant - Coast Guard

Crowned Grace International is recruiting a Senior Business Consultant for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Personnel Service Center (PSC) to manage high-complexity projects, conduct detailed research and analysis, and ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables. The Senior Business Consultant will provide expert-level guidance and support to the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Personnel Service Center (PSC) in achieving its strategic objectives.

This role focuses on delivering high-impact business solutions, driving organizational transformation, and ensuring the successful execution of critical initiatives. The Senior Business Consultant will leverage advanced analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills to optimize operations and improve performance.

• Strategic Business Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth analyses of organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations to improve business processes and align with strategic goals.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Project Management and Execution:
• Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) to track progress, risks, and resource requirements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Change Management:
• Design and implement change-management strategies to support organizational transformation.
• Develop communication plans to engage stakeholders and secure buy-in for new initiatives.
• Facilitate the adoption of new policies, systems, and procedures.
• Performance Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process-improvement methodologies tailored to organizational needs.
• Track and measure the impact of performance improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with PSC stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and focus groups to gather input and build consensus.
• Provide executive-level coaching and support to drive strategic outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or project management.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives in government or private sector organizations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Availability to respond to technical issues within four (4) hours of notification during business hours (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday).

• Timely and high-quality delivery of all project deliverables.
• Effective collaboration with PSC stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
• Successful implementation of change-management and process-improvement.
