As our local Washington DC (Virginia) Mock Date Specialist at emlovz, you will play a key role in helping our DC client base refine their dating skills, boost confidence, and enhance their romantic lives. In this role, you will simulate real-life dating experiences with clients, providing invaluable feedback and insights to help them improve their interactions, communication, and overall approach to dating.

Through simulated dates, you will empower our clients to become more self‑aware, comfortable, and successful in their romantic pursuits.

We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, personable, and skilled in creating a comfortable, enjoyable environment for others. You’ll be contributing directly to our services, Dating Decoded, while supporting our overarching mission to progress humanity toward healthier, more connected relationships.

• Conduct in-person
  , one‑on‑one mock dates with clients, simulating various real‑life dating scenarios (likely meeting clients at coffee shops). You may be asked to conduct virtual mock dates as well.
• Offer feedback and coaching to clients on communication, body language, and overall dating strategies.
• Help clients build confidence and refine their approach to dating and relationships.
• Provide valuable insights into personal dynamics, supporting clients in becoming more self‑aware and intentional in their romantic interactions.
• Create a comfortable and enjoyable environment during mock dates to ensure clients feel supported and open to learning.
• Collaborate with the emlovz team to enhance the Dating Decoded services by providing client feedback and insights.
• Continuously engage in professional development to stay updated on trends and best practices in dating, relationships, and personal growth.
• Participate in team discussions to brainstorm and improve services, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.

• Proven experience in coaching, personal development, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide constructive feedback.
• Empathy and understanding, with a passion for helping others succeed in their romantic lives.
• Ability to create a comfortable, judgment‑free space where clients feel safe to explore and learn.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate various social situations and personalities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage client schedules effectively.
• Self‑motivated with a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide personalized advice and coaching.
• Previous experience in dating coaching, mock dates, or similar roles is a plus.
• Must live in Virginia
