Role DescriptionThis full-time, hybrid Account Manager role is based in the Washington DC–Baltimore area with some remote flexibility. You will manage client relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications- Client relationship, account management, and customer service experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales strategy, business development, and market analysis capabilities
- Organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- Basic knowledge of embedded technologies, real-time systems, and I/O problem-solving
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in a technology-driven industry
