Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in the Columbia-Gaithersburg area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting the company's services. Key tasks include developing and executing strategic plans, maintaining partnerships with insurance companies and clients, contributing to revenue generation, and representing the company at industry events.

This role requires active collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business development and relationship-building skills, with a proven record of fostering client partnerships.
  • Strategic planning and sales acumen, with experience in executing growth strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, aimed at both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Knowledge or experience in restoration services or a related field is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel within the Territory for client and partner engagements.
