As Sr Director Software Line of Business in the Smart Energy (SME) business at Honeywell and as a member of the SME leadership team, you will lead a cross‑functional team to develop and implement initiatives to drive significant revenue in the high‑growth Software vertical.

You will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability by aligning current and new offerings with growth industries and end segments. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our portfolio and capture market opportunities in high‑growth sectors. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and market insights will be essential in driving the success of our business.

The annual base salary range for this position is 265,000 – 331,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in product management, offering management, or related roles, with significant experience in leadership positions.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of driving business growth through effective portfolio management.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and launch new offerings targeted at growth industries.
  • Developed pricing and go‑to‑market strategies to maximize revenue and market share
  • Monitored and track portfolio performance and make data‑driven decisions to optimize growth
