Sr. Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document application requirements effectively.
• Utilize your expertise in Agile methodologies to facilitate team alignment and project workflow.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in the desired project outcomes.
• Maintain thorough documentation and updates of user stories to support development sprints.
• Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of a cutting-edge examiner workflow tool leveraging AWS cloud services.

• Proven experience in Agile application development and managing business requirements for web-based UI projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for articulating ideas clearly.
• Ability to work effectively onsite with the project team and stakeholders to refine and prioritize requirements.
• Skilled in creating detailed user stories and facilitating backlog refinement sessions.

• Experience in projects that replace legacy systems with cloud-based solutions.
• Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services and their application in business tools.
