Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst Jr for a Contract with a client in Washington DC. Candidate must have strong capability in assisting with business requirement gathering and documenting processes to support project needs.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $51/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Responsibilities Include
  • Assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders for project needs.
  • Analysing current business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Supporting the creation of functional and technical specifications for new systems or enhancements.
  • Participating in meetings and workshops to collect requirements and provide project updates.
  • Contributing to system testing activities and helping prepare training materials and user documentation.
  • Providing user support during implementation and post‑implementation to ensure smooth adoption.
Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
  • Candidate will have foundational experience supporting business analysis activities in project environments.
  • Strong Analytical and documentation skills with the ability to gather requirements and analyze business processes effectively.
  • Support system testing, prepare user documentation, and assist stakeholders throughout implementation.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $51.00 per hour
