RoleSummary
We’re hiring a CSM to own onboarding, adoption, customer health, renewals, and expansions for a portfolio of technical accounts. You’ll work closely with engineering-facing users, run QBRs, translate customer feedback to product, and manage commercial conversations.
If you like strategic ownership over a technical book of business and hate being a reactive support monkey, this is the job.
Responsibilities- Lead onboarding and guide technical teams through adoption
- Manage customer relationships and run QBRs
- Track usage, spot risk early, and drive engagement
- Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Relay product feedback to engineering
- Help build scalable CS processes as we grow
- 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with renewals and upsell/expansion
- Comfortable working with technical products or engineering/Dev Ops users
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building
- Thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
- Travel up to 25%
- Background in software development or engineering
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Customer Success certifications (e.g., CCSM)
