• Deliver forecasts and quarterly results, including reporting and analysis
• Proactively address business issues with SLED Sales leaders
• Lead pipeline inspections and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement plans for growth within the region, setting KPIs to track progress
• Coach and mentor sales leaders on new systems and processes

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or an Analytical role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Public Sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Office, Clari, Anaplan, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills combined with business acumen

• Experience with Tableau
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into compelling narratives
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
