Corporate Lead Hospitality Associate
Location: Washington, DC 20036
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Position Summary
The Corporate Lead Hospitality Associate serves as a working lead within a professional law firm environment, overseeing daily hospitality operations while providing coverage and support for reception and mailroom functions. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, maintaining operational consistency, and ensuring a polished workplace experience for attorneys, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily hospitality, reception, and mailroom operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate conference room setups, catering services, pantry stocking, and hospitality support.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors, providing professional reception desk coverage as needed.
- Oversee mail and package distribution, courier coordination, shipping requests, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure compliance with firm service standards, security protocols, and operational procedures.
- Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Experience in hospitality, office services, or a corporate/professional services environment.
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Catering and conference services experience required.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
