GRAPH was founded in 2017 by two consulting industry veterans who together have more than 30 years' experience in M&A advisory work - and the firm has grown rapidly since. GRAPH employs best practice methods to support top-tier investors and leading corporations in assessing potential investments through a combination of original research and savvy analysis. GRAPH Directors play a critical role as leaders in the firm. You will be responsible for leading new client account generation activity, as well as investigative research, conducting analysis, creating presentations and delivering your findings to our clients. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in internal entrepreneurial programs that contribute to building GRAPH's capabilities, culture, and core business.

A Director at GRAPH fulfills the following functions

• Leads activities to generate new client accounts based on a defined and agreed business plan
• Nurtures existing client relationships as a "trusted advisor," and begin to support the business development process to win new client business
• Acts as a thought leader and representative of GRAPH within the target market identified in the business plan
• Oversees project delivery from end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery of superb, evidence-based advice
• Acts as a coach and mentor to junior team members, and train team members on GRAPH methods
• Translates client issues into well-structured problem statements, and design problem solving methods and frameworks
• Oversees and contributes to the investigative research process to ensure that data is comprehensive and accurate
• Leads quantitative and qualitative analysis and ensure robustness of conclusions
• Collaborates with colleagues and external subject matter experts to frame creative value creation strategies
• Acts as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, working with them to ensure successful project delivery
• Develops new delivery methods and processes
• Acts as a role model and demonstrates a passion for GRAPH's core values
