Description
Contract Closeout Analyst shall have at least five (5) years of closeout experience. Experience includes knowledge of Federal contracting closeout policies and procedures, pre-and-post award experience; knowledge of the various contract types and the processes and procedures for closing out the various types.
Requirements- The Contract Closeout Analyst shall be able to prepare and analyze contract actions for closeout; perform desk audits, and reconciliation of contract invoices and payments; draft closeout documentation and modifications.
- The Contract Closeout Analyst shall have a working knowledge of FPD, PRISM (DP-2), FAR and the ability to interpret and apply agency supplemental directives.
- The Contract Closeout Analyst shall have excellent verbal, written communication, and “analytical “skills. They should be familiar and experienced with MS Office products, specifically extensive use of MS Excel.
- The Contract Closeout Analyst shall be familiar with the closeout of purchase orders, Interagency and Interagency Agreements, Contracts (FFP, CR, T&M, CPFF, etc... and their associated task and delivery orders), Grants and Cooperative Agreements.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity types of machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, telephone, and computer printer.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the office for various needs.
- Occasionally ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or ramps.
- The noise level may be loud at times.
