Job DescriptionYou will join our team looking for an Office Asset Management Real Estate Analyst for a one-year apprenticeship starting September 2026
.
The objective of Asset Management is to define the valuation strategy for managed properties (rental, technical, and sales), and to implement this strategy.
You will work within the Office Asset Management division, in collaboration with all AEW teams:
Fund Management, Legal Department, Investment Department, Technical Department.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
- Prepare the annual business plan (campaign);
- Direct asset management for a few assets;
- Perform operational tasks related to assets delegated by Asset Managers;
- Carry out transversal tasks (specific studies, market analysis, surveys, information gathering and synthesis to guide the strategy for certain assets).

Student with a BAC+4/5 level, pursuing a business school or engineering school degree, with a specialization in Finance and Real Estate.
You possess analytical and foresight skills.
You demonstrate adaptability and autonomy.
You are curious and open-minded.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
