This is a full-time on-site role based in Washington, DC, for a Founding Partner. The Founding Partner will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, fostering client relationships, and overseeing the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring the company's mission and values are integrated into all work streams. The Founding Partner will also contribute to high-level decision-making and drive business development efforts.

• Proficiency in relationship building, client management, and team mentorship
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of market trends and a commitment to delivering legacy-focused solutions
• Experience with marketing operations, creative direction, and brand strategy frameworks
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site and off-site team environment
• MBA or equivalent business leadership experience is a strong asset
