The Supply Manager manages PBGC’s supply center operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, real‑time logging, and support for copy/print areas and event setups.
Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee inventory management and SOS system compliance (98% real‑time logging).
- Conduct quarterly physical inventories and support audits.
- Supervise restocking of copy/print areas and removal of non‑standard items.
- Respond to Service Now tickets and elevate shortages or vendor issues.
- Coordinate supply‑related support for events and signage needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management.
- OSHA Safety Training (required).
- Inventory Management Certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
