Director of Business Development

The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) is dedicated to fostering a robust strategic partnership between the U.S. and India. While promoting bilateral trade is a key focus, the organization emphasizes collaboration between business and government leaders to create meaningful economic and societal opportunities. USISPF is a platform for global companies investing in the United States and in India.

This is a full-time on-site Director role based in Washington, DC. The Director of Business Development will work with teams across the US and in India to recruit member companies and create strategic partnerships with business stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing pipelines and leading and coordinating business development efforts. The Director will also develop strategic recommendations, create reports, and represent USISPF at meetings, conferences, and events.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills
• Expertise in U.S.
  
  -India relations, public policy, and international business strategy
• Advanced communication, report writing, and presentation skills
• Experience in fostering partnerships with stakeholders across public and private sectors
• Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a policy, advocacy, or international business setting
