A summer adventure camp is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Counselor to support Lead Counselors in providing a safe and engaging environment for campers aged 3–16. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, managing camper transitions, and mentoring Counselors in Training. Ideal candidates should be flexible, proactive, and possess strong behavior management skills. The role requires full-time availability from June to August and offers a pay range of $18‑20/hour along with training and referral bonuses.
