A summer adventure camp organization is seeking an Assistant Counselor to support Lead Counselors and create a safe, engaging environment for campers aged 3-16. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic youth leaders skilled in behavior management and communication. Responsibilities include supervising activities, de-escalating conflicts, and mentoring campers and CITs. The position requires full on-site availability from June to August, with a pay range of $18-20 per hour.
