Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Washington, DC metro area
. This is a hands-on role for a field-driven professional who excels at managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-quality projects safely and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and field personnel on commercial projects
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain efficient workflow
• Enforce job site safety in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Review and fully understand project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to project management
• Lead daily site meetings and proactively resolve field issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Experience with construction management software is a plus
