A rapidly growing data center platform is seeking a Director of Construction to lead delivery across multiple active U.S. projects.
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving large‑scale data center builds from pre‑construction through commissioning and tenant turnover. This role will take full ownership of execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Role- Manage general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
- Own project schedules, budgets, and reporting
- 30+ MW ground‑up urban build
- 20+ MW downtown expansion
- New ground‑up data center build
- Proven greenfield delivery experience (civil scope essential)
- Land or development exposure is advantageous but not essential.
