We plan ahead. We build for longevity. And we’re looking for a Project Manager who wants the same.

• Manage structural concrete and slab-on-grade projects from award through closeout
• Support and help develop tilt-up capabilities
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, foremen, and field crews
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, GCs, and inspectors
• Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
• Track job costs, forecasts, and profitability
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all projects

• Proven experience managing structural concrete and/or slab-on-grade projects
• Tilt-up experience is a plus (but not required)
• Ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or detail
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and cost control
• Clear communicator who works effectively with both office and field teams
• Self-motivated professional who values accountability and trust
