Construction Superintendent

A highly respected, award-winning general contractor is actively seeking a driven Superintendent and Senior Superintendent to lead impactful projects across the Washington, DC metro area. • Lead field operations from preconstruction through project closeout
• Oversee large-scale commercial ground-up builds and complex renovations ($1M–$30M+)
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
• Utilize construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar) to drive efficiency and communication

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably on commercial new construction and renovation projects
• Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $1M to $30M+
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Willingness to travel within the DMV region as project demands require
