Construction Superintendent / Project Manager (Restoration)
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent / Project Manager with a strong background in disaster restoration and reconstruction.
This role requires a results-driven professional capable of overseeing multiple projects of varying scope, ranging from minor repairs to full-scale property restoration.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive construction knowledge, exceptional organizational and leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. A high level of professionalism and client engagement is essential.

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience
- Oversee and manage restoration and reconstruction projects across multi-family, single-family, and commercial properties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials
- Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, timelines, and financial objectives
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements to achieve cost-effective project execution
- Monitor project progress, track costs, and proactively address variances to prevent delays or budget overruns
- Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure superior workmanship
- Facilitate client selections for materials, finishes, and design elements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration, reconstruction, or construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing project budgets and schedules
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Proficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
