Position
Roofing and Waterproofing Foreman
Washington, DC
About the roleWe are currently looking for a Foreman in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on roofing and waterproofing projects. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.
Responsibilities- Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations.
- Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
- Manages field personnel.
- Manages company equipment.
- Walks job sites.
- Reports back on the daily progress of the project.
- 5 years of experience as Foreman in the commercial roofing or waterproofing industry.
- Organized and detailed.
Hourly wage: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour. Includes PTO, full benefits, 401(k), a yearly bonus, and more.
