Assistant Project Manager- MF​/Mixed Use Projects

This General Contractor has grown immensely in the past 5 years in the Mid-Atlantic, specifically in the multi-family market. Their projects are typically between $40M-$80M and consist of mostly new construction. This company has a huge focus on collaboration and giving back to the communities in which they work and look for individuals who value the same.

• The right hard-working Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a project to ensure costs, schedule, document control, and quality standards are met.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendents through continuous learning, and the ability to take on distinct roles while effectively working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and coworkers.
• share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm, including committing the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters.

• 3+ years of experience working in construction, design, architecture, engineering
• Experience as an APM on a ground-up project above $20M
• Proficiency in Plan Grid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline, Textura preferred.
• Organized, with great attention to detail.
• Well versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs.
