Project Superintendent

Summary

The Project Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents oversees the profitable installation of project work by directing co‑workers, interfacing, coordinating, and directing other trades. The role is responsible for all areas on medium or large projects including prime contracts, safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. The Project Superintendent maintains high‑level client relationships through professional conduct.

• Plans work
• Coordinates and executes work
• Oversees and directs staff
• Promotes client and industry relations
• Ensures a safe work environment
• Participates in training and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Line & Grade experience
• Foreman experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
• May require appropriate craft certifications
