Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

The Resolute Group is partnering with a leading construction organization to recruit a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of Civil Construction and Infrastructure projects across the Washington DC-Baltimore region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing team, leading projects from pre-construction through to successful completion. You'll be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil Construction and Infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project outcomes
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and change management
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations
• Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and senior leadership
• Lead project meetings and promote effective communication across all stakeholders

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience within the Civil Construction, Heavy Civil, or Infrastructure industry
• Proven experience delivering construction projects from inception through completion
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's License
