Roofing Project Manager
Salary: $$ 150000 - $$ 175000 per year

Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing commercial construction projects in the low-slope roofing category including sheet metal installation and masonry restoration (as needed) by the scope of the contract.
Qualifications- College degree - STEM degree preferred
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience at roofing subcontractor(s)
- Experience processing submittals, RFI's, change orders, and material orders
- Strong subcontracting background working with top tier General Contractors (Whiting Turner, Clark, Hitt, JMA, Davis, etc).
- Experience producing submittals, pricing/estimating change orders, planning and scheduling work and some roofing/waterproofing or building envelope experience.
Work life balance. We expect hard work and dedication, but once a PM has proven themselves, there is a flexibility that is better than most other companies. Successful employees are not micro managed.
