We're looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules.
  • Conduct constructability reviews and assist with estimating.
  • Participate in preconstruction meetings and ensure project development aligns with budget and timeline.
  • Purchase trade packages and manage subcontracting processes.
  • Staff projects, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage accounting functions, budgeting, and billing processes.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and submit change order requests.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with subcontractors.
  • Manage delays and associated cost impacts.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts.
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
  • Promote a safe and injury-free work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, contracts, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong math and accounting skills.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
