Job details:
- 10+ years of commercial construction field experience
- Experience as a Superintendent overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects
- Previous experience leading multiple Superintendents and field teams
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience driving project safety, quality, and schedule performance
- Ability to identify and resolve field issues proactively
- Experience mentoring and developing Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites as needed
