The Site Superintendent plays a hands-on role in the success of mission-critical construction project, providing on-site leadership and coordination of construction activities for Henderson Building Solutions. Data centers and critical facilities are among the most demanding environments in construction, where uptime is everything and tolerances are tight. The Site Superintendent manages worksite scheduling and field execution, enforces safety and risk standards, coordinates subcontractors and maintains workforce continuity, and ensures quality through closeout.

This is an on-site, field-based role requiring a regular presence at active construction sites, including exposure to typical jobsite conditions.

• Supports development and execution of project schedules in coordination with project management, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assists with pre-construction planning activities, including logistics coordination and schedule preparation.
• Ensures Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and other required safety planning activities are completed prior to pre-construction meeting and field execution activities.
• Supports day-to-day jobsite operations and coordinates daily field activities to maintain schedule adherence, productivity, and alignment with project goals.
• Assists with maintaining site logistics to support efficient project execution and minimize disruption.
• Maintains jobsite organization, cleanliness, and operational standards, and supports implementation of jobsite policies and procedures for an efficient work environment.
• Assists with maintaining project documentation, reports, and schedule updates.
• Participates in daily safety and coordination meetings with field teams and subcontractors.
• Assists with monitoring project progress and communicating field updates to project leadership.
