Construction Project Manager - Data Centers

We re seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for the delivery of large-scale, ground-up data center projects across the DMV region.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on mission-critical developments. You will play a key role in coordinating complex building systems, driving project execution, and ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through commissioning.

• Manage all MEP aspects of ground-up data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management for MEP scopes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and support successful commissioning and turnover.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Executives to achieve project milestones.

• 5+ years of experience as an MEP Project Manager or Project Manager on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up data centers is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site within the DMV region.
