Lead Superintendent

Our client is a well-established commercial general contractor that has been in business since 2000. They focus on quality over quantity, taking on a select number of projects each year, primarily multifamily and mixed‑use projects in the DC beltway

Our client is looking for a Lead Superintendent to lead all efforts on the superintendent side of their commercial construction projects. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who understands commercial construction and has experience leading multifamily and large‑scale projects.

• Lead all superintendent efforts for commercial construction projects
• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations and project execution
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams
• Work closely with the project management and preconstruction teams
• Help keep projects on schedule and maintain quality standards
• Identify and address issues in the field
• Provide leadership throughout the construction process
• Help ensure projects are completed successfully

• 10–15+ years of Superintendent experience
• Strong commercial construction background
• Experience building multifamily/apartment projects
• General Contractor experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership of the field operations
• Stable career history with solid tenure
• Experience with larger commercial projects
