GSA seeks a Construction Manager (COR) to lead design, construction, and leasing projects within the Public Buildings Service. You will provide technical oversight, monitor performance, and manage contract administration for Federal and leasing initiatives.
You will review drawings, cost estimates, and procurement documentation, coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, and support negotiations with contractors and lessors. Federal experience is essential.
