JCM Associates is seeking a Site Safety Coordinator to join our Upper Marlboro, MD project teams. This full-time, in-office role focuses on enforcing OSHA rules, conducting on-site training, and guiding foremen on pre-task planning to keep crews safe.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and a proven ability to inspect sites, report injuries, and coach teams toward continuous safety improvements on a DC Metro Area job site.
